Kanchi seer SriVijayendra Saraswathi performed Nrusimha Jayanthi pujas at the Narasimha Swamy temple at Yadagirigutta.
A press release said that Narasimha Avatara Ghatta Parayanam, Nrusimha Pancharathnam and Karavalamba Stotram were read in the Puja Sannidhi.
‘Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamigal had visited the shrine in 1988 when Ganapathi Sthapati too accompanied the Acharya. He also visited the recently renovated Shiva temple and performed special Abhishekams. Several devotees from Hyderabad accompanied him during the visit, the release added.
