Filmmaker Hari and Arun Vijay are collaborating on for Yaanai. The movie is set for theatrical release on 17 June.
Speaking at the trailer launch of Yaanai, Hari said, ‘Both me and Arun Vijay wanted to work for years, and itâs finally happening with Yaanai. Producer Vedikkaranpatti S Sakthivel is the reason for this. This is a big-budgeted grandeur movie. with an emotional story. I am collaborating with GV Prakash after Seval. Every actor in this movie gave complete support’.
I have followed the pattern that I created in my movies like Thamirabharani and Ayya. Samuthirakani has worked like an assistant director in this movie. It was a great help for me and I owe a lot to him’. Arun Vijay said, ‘ I play a youngster, who vows to protect everyone around him.
Hari sir has been a great support in shaping my character. The action scenes in this movie were difficult. I was injured many times, and yet, we were able to complete them without any compromises. We all believe that the movie will be very well received. This is the first time I am working with GV Prakash, and I thank all the technicians who have worked in this movie.’
Priya Bhavani Shankar said, ‘ Hari sir is the main reason behind completing such a grand and big movie in a short span of time. I thank Arun Vijay sir for making me a part of this movie. This will be completely different from Hari sirâs previous movies’.
