Avadi Corpn New Commissioner

In the latest shuffle of IAS officers, S Sheik Abdul Rahaman has been appointed commissioner of the Avadi Municipal Corporation, replacing the existing commissioner K Tharpagaraj. Sheik Abdul Rahaman was holding the post of regional deputy commissioner (Central), GCC. Meanwhile K Tharpagaraj has been posted as deputy secretary in the higher education department. @@@@
