TNSTC to run special weekend bus services

In a bid to facilitate convenient travel for commuters during the upcoming weekend, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) Villupuram Division has announced the rollout of 420 special buses destined for various towns, originating from Kilambakkam.
Managing Director S.S. Rajmohan issued a press release on Wednesday detailing the special services scheduled for March 1st and 2nd (Friday and Saturday). Travelers will have the opportunity to embark on journeys to key destinations including Villupuram, Cuddalore, Kallakurichi, Chidambaram, Thiruvannamalai, Vrudhachalam, and Polur from Kilambakkam.
A total of 180 buses are designated for Friday’s services, with an additional 240 set to operate on Saturday, covering the specified routes. This initiative aims to cater to the increased demand for transportation during weekends, providing commuters with convenient and reliable travel options.
Passengers are encouraged to utilize the transport corporation’s website to register and book their travel on these specially arranged buses. By leveraging online booking facilities, travelers can ensure seamless and hassle-free travel arrangements, thereby enhancing their overall experience.
