The much-awaited fourth installment of the popular Pizza franchise is set to hit the screens with “Pizza 4: Home Alone”. The horror thriller, directed by Andrews and backed by CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment, promises to deliver another spine-chilling experience for fans of the genre.Featuring Abi Hassan and Telugu Bigg Boss fame Rathika as the leads, Pizza 4 marks a new chapter in the franchise’s legacy. The film was formally launched with a pooja ceremony, attended by producer CV Kumar, the major cast members, and veteran actors Nasser and Kameela Nasser, parents of Abi Hassan.
The Pizza series gained immense popularity with its first installment, starring Remya Nambeesan and Vijay Sethupathi, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. It was a breakout moment for both the lead actors and the director, catapulting them to stardom. The success of the original paved the way for sequels, with Pizza 2 featuring Ashok Selvan and Sanchita Shetty, and Pizza 3: The Mummy, which released last year to mixed reviews.
Director-writer SJ Arjun, known for his work on Soodhu Kavvum 2: Naadum Naattu Makkalum, has penned the story and screenplay for Pizza 4. He expressed confidence in delivering a captivating and thrilling experience for audiences, emphasizing the collaboration of a strong team behind the project.
