In a scathing critique, Chief Minister M K Stalin condemned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent speech, labeling it as ‘vile’ and ‘highly deplorable.’ Stalin accused the PM of resorting to hate speech and attempting to whip up religious sentiments to deflect public anger against his perceived failures.
PM Modi’s speech in Rajasthan was described by Stalin as “toxic,” with the Chief Minister expressing deep concern over the divisive rhetoric employed by the Prime Minister. Stalin asserted that hate and discrimination have become the hallmarks of Modi’s governance.
Furthermore, Stalin criticized the Election Commission for its alleged inaction in response to the PM’s hate speech, accusing the body of abandoning neutrality.
Turning to the socio-economic caste census promised by the INDIA bloc, Stalin emphasized its importance in creating an egalitarian society. He lamented Modi’s distortion of the census, which could potentially deprive socially disadvantaged communities of their rightful share in education, employment, and governance.
Stalin cautioned INDIA bloc leaders to remain vigilant against the BJP’s divisive tactics and urged them to expose what he called the “miserable failures” of Modi’s administration.
