Fans of dance, music, and family-centric entertainment have reason to rejoice as the much-anticipated film starring Prabhu Deva and music maestro AR Rahman, tentatively titled ARRPD6, now officially bears the name ‘Moon Walk’. Directed, written, and produced by Manoj NS, the founder and CEO of Behindwoods, this film marks the reunion of Prabhu Deva and AR Rahman after 25 years.‘Moon Walk’ is not just another film; it promises to be a unique blend of dance musical and family entertainment, aiming to captivate audiences across India. The film features a star-studded ensemble cast including Prabhu Deva in the lead role, alongside Yogi Babu, Aju Varghese, Satz, Arjun Ashokan, Nishma Chengappa, Singampuli, Lollu Sabha Swaminathan, TSR Srinivasan, Ramar, Dr. Santhosh Jacob, Redin Kingsley, Sushmitha Nayak, Rajendran, Deepa Shankar, and Ramkumar Natarajan.
‘Moon Walk’ commenced its journey last month with filming starting on May 15, completing the first schedule successfully. Currently, the team is immersed in the second schedule of shooting in Chennai. The film is touted to deliver wholesome entertainment, promising happiness, fun, and laughter for viewers of all ages.
While the exact plot details remain under wraps, ‘Moon Walk’ is expected to delve into themes of dance, music, and familial bonds, crafted to resonate with audiences on a profound level. ‘Moon Walk’ boasts of talented technicians behind the scenes. Anoop V Shylaja is handling cinematography, ensuring visually stunning sequences. Editing duties are managed by Raymond Derrick Crasta, while choreography, a crucial element in a dance-centric film, is spearheaded by Sekhar VJ, Piyush Chazia, and Sandy.
Director Manoj NS, who doubles as the producer alongside Divya Manoj and Praveen Elak, expressed his excitement about bringing ‘Moon Walk’ to audiences.
