AGS Entertainment, under the production of Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, and Kalpathi S. Suresh, has announced its latest venture, The Greatest of All Time (GOAT), directed by Venkat Prabhu. The film features a star-studded cast including Thalapathy Vijay, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Mohan, Jayaram, Ajmal Ameer, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Yogi Babu, Vaibhav, Premgi Amaren, Yugendran, Parvathy Nair, VTV Ganesh, Aravind Akash, Ajay Raj, and Kanja Karuppu, among others. Archana Kalpathi is the creative producer. Cinematography is handled by Siddhartha Nuni, while music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.Speaking at a promotional event, Archana Kalpathi expressed her excitement, stating, “GOAT is the 25th film produced by our company. This is our second collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay after Bigil, and it is a huge opportunity for us. This is also the first film Venkat Prabhu is directing for our banner. The production process was smooth and joyful, and the film has turned out exceptionally well. Technically, it is a very strong creation, with a significant portion of the shooting conducted in various foreign locations. This is the most extensively filmed project overseas featuring Vijay.”
Director Venkat Prabhu shared his thoughts on the project, stating, “This journey has been an unforgettable one in my film career. The work on this film began and concluded so seamlessly that it almost feels surreal. I am deeply thankful to Archana Kalpathi for her support. After our initial discussion about the story, she was immediately enthusiastic about bringing this project to life.”
He continued, “I was then fortunate enough to present the story to Vijay sir, which led to the collaboration between Vijay and AGS Entertainment. Producer Kalpathi S. Aghoram was thrilled with the story and expressed his delight in joining hands with Vijay again for AGS Entertainment’s 25th film. He encouraged us to create a film of global standards without worrying about the budget, which allowed us to dream big and execute the project on a grand scale.”
