Dream Warrior Pictures, known for delivering critically acclaimed blockbusters like Joker, Aruvi, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Kaithi, and Oke Oka Jeevitham, has officially announced its most ambitious film yet, Suriya 45. The production house commenced the project with an auspicious puja event. Directed by RJ Balaji, the film is set to be an action-adventure spectacle and will be the most expensive production in the company’s history.
RJ Balaji, who has earned recognition for his socially responsible hits Mookuthi Amman and Veetla Vishesham, has been working on the script for over a year. He is currently deep into pre-production, scouting multiple locations for this exciting project.
Adding to the anticipation, Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman has come on board, impressed by the script. Rahman’s previous collaborations with Suriya on films like Sillunu Oru Kaadhal, Aayudha Ezhuthu, and 24 are already fan favorites, and this reunion promises to deliver another memorable soundtrack.
The star-studded project will begin filming in November 2024 and is set for release in the latter half of 2025. With more big names expected to join the cast and crew, Sriya 45 is shaping up to be a landmark film in both RJ Balaji’s and Suriya’s illustrious careers.
