In a surprising political development, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) leader Thol. Thirumavalavan and TVK leader Vijay are set to share the stage at an event on December 6 in Chennai. The occasion marks the release of a book about Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, with Thirumavalavan expected to release the book and Vijay receiving the first copy.
Earlier, Vijay held a grand conference in Vikravandi, drawing thousands of supporters. During his keynote address, he emphasized his political vision and hinted at an alliance-driven strategy that would secure both political power and representation for his followers. Vijay’s speech stirred discussions among political circles, with many speculating about potential collaborations between TVK and other parties, including the possibility of joining forces with VCK in the upcoming legislative elections.
Thirumavalavan, however, had previously criticized Vijay’s stance, noting a strong anti-DMK tone in Vijay’s speech. Thirumavalavan stated, “His entire speech appears to criticize the political stance of the DMK and its allied parties.”
