However, following the conclusion of the Diwali festival, there has been less enthusiasm among people to purchase gold, according to local traders.Yesterday, the price of gold saw a decline of Rs. 440 per sovereign, settling at Rs. 57,760. However, in an unexpected turn of events, today’s gold prices saw a substantial drop. The price of one sovereign reduced by Rs. 1,080, bringing it down to Rs. 56,680. Similarly, the price of one gram of gold dropped by Rs. 135, now priced at Rs. 7,085.
