Ramadoss mocks Stalin

PMK founder Dr. S. Ramadoss has responded to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin’s recent comments, in which Stalin claimed that Ramadoss criticizes the government daily because he has no other work.
The controversy arose after Ramadoss called for an investigation into allegations of bribery involving the Adani Group in a case filed in a U.S. court, which allegedly mentioned the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. When questioned about this, Stalin remarked, “Ramadoss has nothing else to do. He issues statements daily, and there is no need to respond to them.”
This remark sparked outrage within the PMK, with party president Anbumani Ramadoss demanding an apology from Stalin. “If the Chief Minister does not apologize, it will be impossible to control the emotions of PMK cadres,” Anbumani stated.
Leaders from other political parties, including BJP state president K. Annamalai, former Tamil Nadu BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan, NTK leader Seeman, and TMC leader G.K. Vasan, also criticized Stalin’s comments. The PMK organized statewide protests, demanding an apology from the Chief Minister.
Addressing reporters in Chennai, Dr. Ramadoss responded to Stalin’s remarks, saying, “I don’t possess the luminous political wisdom he claims to have. What else can I do? I feel saddened by this.”
The exchange has intensified political tensions in Tamil Nadu, with the PMK and its allies continuing to demand accountability and respect from the ruling government.
