Moscow, Feb 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Russia on May 9 for the parade at Moscow’s Red Square to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Russian news agency TASS reported on Wednesday, citing a military source.The Russian news agency cited military sources to claim that the visit by PM Modi has a “high probability”.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi is planning a visit to the May 9 parade in Moscow. It is highly likely that it will take place,” the report quoted the agency’s source as saying.
Notably, the report mentioned that dicussion is underway regarding the participation of Indian military personnel.
