‘Moderate rain expected in TN Till March 22’

The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) in Chennai has forecast moderate rainfall in parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal from today until March 22 due to a lower atmospheric circulation prevailing over the region.
According to the latest weather bulletin, isolated places in Tamil Nadu are likely to experience moderate rainfall over the next few days. However, certain regions in the state may also witness a rise in daytime temperatures, with mercury levels expected to be up to 3 degrees Celsius above normal. This temperature increase is expected to persist until March 20.
In Chennai and its suburban areas, the sky is likely to remain partly cloudy throughout the day. The maximum daytime temperature is expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
Authorities have advised residents to stay updated with weather forecasts and take necessary precautions as temperatures are expected to fluctuate in the coming days.
