Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has emphasized the positive impact of the state’s breakfast scheme on children’s health, concentration, memory, and learning abilities.
In a post on the social media platform X, he stated, “Planning with foresight is not just about solving immediate issues; it transforms society in ways we may not even anticipate.” He noted that the breakfast scheme has significantly reduced hospital visits and serious illnesses among children while simultaneously improving their focus, memory, and academic performance. “A well-nourished child performs better in school, paving the way for long-term social progress,” he added.
Stalin also highlighted Tamil Nadu’s role in empowering women through education, which has contributed to reducing gender disparities and improving the sex ratio. He reaffirmed the Dravidian Model government’s commitment to implementing visionary schemes that bring lasting societal benefits.
