Books Are Keys to a New World: CM Stalin

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said that books are powerful tools that open the doors to new worlds. He shared his views on his official X (formerly Twitter) page.
“Books help us understand lives we haven’t lived, meet people we haven’t seen, and explore times we’ve never experienced,” he wrote. “They are our best friends.”
CM Stalin added that the Tamil Nadu government is building large public libraries in Coimbatore and Trichy. These will be named after Periyar and Kamarajar, as was done earlier in Chennai and Madurai.
“Our Dravidian Model government is committed to promoting reading,” he said. “We are hosting book fairs, literary festivals, and lectures across every district to encourage the reading habit.”
