Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju announced that the Monsoon Session of Parliament will begin on July 21 and end on August 21.Ā He said the President has approved the governmentās proposal. There will be no Parliament sittings on August 13 and 14 due to Independence Day celebrations. The session was earlier planned to end on August 12 but has now been extended by a week.
