Gold prices saw a slight decline in Tamil Nadu on Friday morning, offering mild relief to buyers. The price of gold dropped by âč20 per gram, bringing the rate of one sovereign (8 grams) down by âč160.As of today, the price of standard 22-karat gold stands at âč9,150 per gram, with one sovereign priced at âč73,200. Meanwhile, the rate for pure 24-karat gold is now âč9,981 per gram.
Silver rates, on the other hand, remained unchanged. A gram of silver is priced at âč123, while a kilogram is selling at âč1,23,000.
