PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss has criticized the DMK government for not keeping its election promises. He specifically targeted Minister Thangam Thennarasu.
Anbumani Ramadoss said the DMK is betraying the people of Tamil Nadu. He called their actions a “fraudulent act.”
This comes after Thennarasu claimed that 364 of the 505 promises made by the DMK were fulfilled through government orders. He also said many others are “under consideration.”
Anbumani rejected this. He asked how a government order or a promise “under consideration” can be counted as fulfilled. He cited his document “Where is the dawn?” which showed that only 66 of the 373 unfulfilled promises were partially implemented.
He also said the DMK has no real answers to the PMK’s criticism. Anbumani Ramadoss mocked the minister’s claim, comparing it to writing “a piece of cake on a plate”—something meaningless.
