Nainar Nagendran, BJP’s legislative party leader in the Tamil Nadu Assembly, has accused the ruling DMK government of stopping welfare schemes started by the Central government.Speaking at a public event, Nagendran said the DMK is blocking projects meant to help the people. He claimed these actions prevent citizens from getting the full benefits of Central government initiatives.
Nagendran’s comments come amid growing political tension between the DMK-led state government and the BJP-led Central government over policy and project implementation.
He urged the Tamil Nadu government to cooperate with the Centre to deliver development schemes and services to the public without delay.
