Actor Tharshan and filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon are teaming up for a new fantasy romantic comedy, titled GodsJilla. The film started shooting on Monday with a formal pooja, coinciding with Tharshan’s birthday.
Alisha Mirani plays the female lead, while Robo Shankar, KPY Vinoth, Black Pandi, PGS, and others are part of the supporting cast. The film mixes mythology, fantasy, humour, and romance to tell a fresh story. It follows a young man’s journey from heartbreak to self-discovery, with a divine intervention helping him regain faith in love.
