Rumours that PMK founder S. Ramadoss plans to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi have been denied by the party’s deputy general secretary, Arul Ramadoss. He said Ramadoss has no such travel plans.Arul spoke to reporters at Ramadoss’s residence in Thailapuram after a meeting of senior leaders. The meeting discussed strategies for the next three months ahead of the elections.
Arul added that Ramadoss will decide on alliances in due time. He also clarified that the Election Commission of India (ECI) has not approved Anbumani Ramadoss as the party president. He said Anbumani’s team has only sent a communication seeking the post.
