For September 2025, the total number of passengers who used CMRL fare products and ticketing services reached impressive levels, emphasizing the growing preference for digital and convenient travel options. To encourage digital adoption, CMRL offers a 20% discount on all ticketing services purchased through its digital platforms, including the CMRL Mobile App and online QR tickets. This discount is applicable to products like the digital store value pass but excludes single-journey paper QR tickets purchased at ticketing counters.
