The Government of Japan has announced the recipients of the Autumn 2025 Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals, with A.P. Loganathan (Arcot Parthasarathy Loganathan) among the distinguished awardees.
Loganathan, a former local employee of the Consulate-General of Japan in Chennai, has been conferred the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold and Silver Rays for his outstanding contributions to the activities of a Japanese overseas establishment.
Serving the Consulate from 1992 to 2025, he worked across multiple departments with unwavering dedication and professionalism. Over his 33-year tenure, Mr. Loganathan played a vital role in supporting the Consulate’s operations and in strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and India.
The Consulate-General of Japan in Chennai congratulated Loganathan on receiving this prestigious honour and expressed deep appreciation for his decades of loyal and distinguished service.
