Friday, a gangster crime thriller directed by Hari Venkatesh and produced by Dakdam Motion Pictures, is all set to hit theatres worldwide on November 28.The film stars Dheena, Mime Gopi, and debutant Anish Masilamani in lead roles, supported by an ensemble cast including Ramachandra Duraraj, Kalaiarasan (Driver Jamuna), Chithrasena (Manjummel Boys, Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam), and Sidhu Kumaresan (Thangalaan, Yaathisai).
Told in a non-linear narrative style, the story unfolds over a single night, weaving together multiple thrilling incidents. Most of the film has been shot in and around Kolachal, its harbour, and nearby coastal regions, lending a raw and atmospheric backdrop to the plot.
Friday marks the debut production venture of Dakdam Motion Pictures. With post-production completed, the film is confirmed for its November 28 release, with Shivani Studios distributing the movie across Tamil Nadu.
