India’s first children’s animation film, Kiki & Koko, directed by P. Narayanan and presented by Inika Productions, had its teaser launch on December 26.The film, aimed at children aged 2 to 14, showcases real-life values such as kindness, gratitude, and love, avoiding fantasy violence or supernatural elements.
Meena, CEO of Inika Productions, called the project a matter of pride, highlighting its simple yet engaging storyline. Director P. Narayanan emphasized the importance of teaching practical values and building character in children through the film.
VFX Director Gokulraj Bhaskar revealed that Kiki’s character was inspired by a cotton flower, while music composer C. Sathya expressed excitement at creating music for a children’s film.
The 80-minute film features child artist Shrinika as Koko, a character who loves pets. With contributions from creative teams in Pune and Bengaluru, Kiki & Koko promises an entertaining and positive cinematic experience for kids and adults alike.
