The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced that Tamil Nadu is likely to experience light to moderate rainfall in a few places over the next few days. Some parts of the state may also see thunderstorms and lightning during this period.
According to the forecast, certain coastal and interior districts may receive rain, while many other regions are expected to remain mostly dry.
The weather department also said that morning mist or light fog may occur in some areas.
Day temperatures are expected to remain normal, while nights will be relatively cool and pleasant.
Residents have been advised to stay updated with weather alerts and take precautions during rainfall and thunderstorms.
