Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) president K Selvaperunthagai on Wednesday asserted that the INDI alliance is strong and unbreakable, and cautioned alliance partners against interfering in the internal affairs of the Congress.
He said complaints have been lodged with the All India Congress Committee (AICC) against party functionaries, including Praveen Chakravarthy, for comments against the alliance and the State government.
Speaking to reporters at Sathyamoorthi Bhavan, the TNCC chief rejected AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami’s claim that the Congress is exploring a new alliance with Vijay. He said that while EPS is keeping options open in search of allies, the INDIA bloc remains firm and cannot be destabilised.
