Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi (VCK) leader Thirumavalavan has asserted that the secular front led by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will defeat forces he described as “Sanatanis,” including those acting covertly.Speaking at a meeting, Thirumavalavan said the secular front — which includes parties that support social justice and equality — has the strength to overcome political groups promoting communal ideologies. He emphasised that the alliance stands for inclusive politics and will protect the interests of all communities.
Thirumavalavan also criticised parties with covert agendas, claiming they work against the secular and democratic values of the state. He said voters would reject those who seek to divide people on religious lines and support the secular front in the upcoming elections.
The VCK leader’s remarks come amid ongoing political activity in Tamil Nadu as parties prepare for the 2026 assembly polls, with alliances and strategies taking shape across the state.
