Written and directed by Bharath Mohan, Magenta marks his next venture after the critically acclaimed Igloo, which earned appreciation for its sensitive storytelling. The film is produced by Dr. JP Leelaram, Raju K, Saravanan B and Rekha L under the banner of Brand Blitz Entertainment, with Naveenraja KS serving as co-producer.
Alongside Shanthnu Bhagyaraj and Anjali Nair in the lead roles, the film features a diverse supporting cast that includes Archana Ravichandran, RJ Ananthi, Bucks, Badava Gopi, Sharath Ravi and Soundarya Priyan, among others.
