Senior politician K.A. Sengottaiyan asserted that the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) is now the main alternative to both the ruling and opposition parties in Tamil Nadu politics.He made the remarks while inaugurating a TVK office, saying people are ready to support TVK leader Vijay and that the party is poised for change in the state.
Sengottaiyan said TVK is gaining strength and predicted significant growth in the run-up to the Assembly elections. He added that decisions on alliances and Vijay’s statewide tour will be announced soon, and that many leaders from other parties are expected to join TVK.
