The app, which provides residents with access to a range of municipal services including bill payments, grievance redressal, approvals and information updates, was temporarily inaccessible due to technical issues.
Authorities from the Greater Chennai Corporation confirmed that the problem was identified and resolved swiftly by the technical team, and all features are now functioning normally.
Users can once again log in and use the app for services such as property tax payment, water bill settlement and lodging complaints related to civic issues.
The Corporation urged residents to update the app to the latest version to avoid any further interruptions and benefit from enhanced features and improved user experience.
Officials also said that regular maintenance and performance upgrades are being undertaken to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery through the platform.
With the restored operation, citizens can continue to access Chennai One’s digital services seamlessly, reinforcing the city’s commitment to digitisation and efficient civic governance.
