In a major push to accelerate AI adoption in India’s education sector, Bharti Airtel Foundation has partnered with CK-12 Foundation to integrate over 45 AI-enabled teaching tools into TheTeacherApp, a free-for-life digital learning platform currently used by more than two lakh educators across the country.
The upgraded AI-powered TheTeacherApp is designed to support everyday classroom practices by helping teachers save time, enhance lesson delivery, and address diverse learning needs.
The tools are built to be safe, contextual, and aligned with India’s evolving education framework, ensuring meaningful support across all grades and subjects.
Anchored in the goals of the National Education Policy 2020 and the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, the initiative represents a shift from mere digital access to deeper digital engagement.
By embedding AI assistance directly into teaching workflows, the platform aims to provide real-time, classroom-aligned support and seamless access to relevant educational content.
