The Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will conduct its monthly public grievance meeting today at all Metro Water area offices across Chennai.
According to an official statement, the grievance redressal meetings are held every second Saturday of the month to address complaints and service-related issues raised by residents regarding water supply and sewerage facilities in the city.
For this month, the meeting will be held from 10 am to 1 pm, and each session will be conducted under the supervision of the Superintending Engineer concerned to ensure that petitions from the public are properly examined and resolved.
Residents can submit petitions related to drinking water supply issues, sewage problems, water and sewerage tax payments, pending applications for new water and sewerage connections, and other service-related concerns.
Officials said the initiative provides an opportunity for the public to directly approach Metro Water authorities and seek quick resolution to civic issues affecting their localities.
