Seeman, chief coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Katchi, cast his vote in Neelankarai along with his wife on Thursday, as polling progressed across Tamil Nadu.
He was among the early voters in the constituency, arriving at the polling booth and exercising his franchise amid security arrangements and steady voter turnout.
Polling is underway across the State, with several political leaders and public figures participating in the democratic exercise since early morning.
