Chennai,  Apr 27:

Gujarat Titans cruised to an emphatic eight-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings in their IPL 2026 clash in Chennai on Sunday, powered by a brilliant knock from Sai Sudharsan.

After being put in to bat by GT skipper Shubman Gill, CSK struggled early as Kagiso Rabada and Mohammed Siraj struck in the powerplay to reduce the hosts to a shaky position.

Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad anchored the innings with his first fifty of the season, carrying his bat through to help CSK post 158/7 in 20 overs.

In reply, Gill provided a brisk start before Sudharsan took charge with a fluent 87 off 46 balls. He was well supported by Jos Buttler as GT chased down the target comfortably to seal a convincing victory.
