The makers of Hi, starring Nayanthara and Kavin, have released the film’s fourth single, ‘Kudikara Nenju’. The romantic entertainer is scheduled to hit theatres on August 28.
Composed by Jen Martin, the song has lyrics by director Vishnu Edavan and is sung by actor Dhruv Vikram. The earlier singles from the film are ‘Kannakuzhiya’, ‘Pachapulla’ and ‘Rasagulla’.
Directed by Vishnu Edavan, Hi marks the first collaboration between Kavin and Nayanthara. While details of the plot remain under wraps, the film has been described as a fun-filled romantic comedy. Nayanthara plays a character named after herself, while Kavin portrays her romantic interest.
The film also features late filmmaker Bhagyaraj, along with Prabhu, Radikaa Sarathkumar, VTV Ganesh, Sathyan, Amrudha Srinivasan, Aadhithya Kadhir, Kureshi, Fepsi Vijayan, Renji Panicker, Kaviya Arivumani and Mirchy Kemy in key roles.
Hi is produced by Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures and SS Lalit Kumar’s Seven Screen Studio.
The technical crew includes cinematographer Rajesh Shukla, editor Philomin Raj and art directors Kannan S and Sekar B, alongside composer Jen Martin.
The film is set to release in theatres on August 28.
