Actor-director and politician Seeman has joined the cast of Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming Tamil film Seyon, directed by Sivakumar Murugesan and produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International.
Seeman’s addition to the film was announced by the production house through a video featuring him in an all-white appearance. He is reportedly set to play a powerful character in the film, which is said to have mythological and cultural elements.
Seyon also stars Bhagyashri Borse and Raj B Shetty, along with Arul Doss, Bala Saravanan and Singampuli. The film marks Seeman’s first collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan.
The project is Sivakumar Murugesan’s second directorial venture after Thaai Kizhavi. Kamal Haasan is producing the film along with R Mahendran. The film also reunites Sivakarthikeyan with Haasan’s production house following their successful collaboration on Amaran.
Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music, while Vidhu Ayyanna is handling cinematography and the action is choreographed by Anbariv. The makers are yet to reveal further details about the story and Seeman’s character.
