Basil Joseph and L.K. Akshay Kumar-starrer Raavadi will hit theatres worldwide on December 24, 2026. Produced by S.S. Lalit Kumar under Seven Screen Studio, the Tamil-Malayalam bilingual is directed by debutant Vignesh Vadivel.
The film is billed as a youthful comedy entertainer, featuring romance, college life, action and humour. The makers have released the āGujilimasthuā video along with the release-date announcement, offering glimpses of the fun-filled world of the film.
John Vijay, Sathyan, Jaffer Sadiq, Nobel K. James, Shareeq Hassan and Aishwarya Sharma are among the other actors in the cast. Leon Britto handles the cinematography, Jen Martin has composed the music and Bharath Vikraman is the editor. Most of the film was shot in Chennai and Hogenakkal. Post-production work is currently under way.
