JioHotstar has unveiled the teaser of its upcoming Tamil miniseries Love Always, starring Gouri G Kishan in the lead. The series is set to premiere on October 30.
Created by Madhumita, the series is adapted from the Korean webtoon Here We Go Again. Madhumita has also directed the upcoming series.
The story is built around an age-reversal premise and explores love, family, regrets and second chances. Speaking about the series, Gouri G Kishan described it as a blend of humour, emotion and relationships, with a relatable story told from an unusual perspective. She said the age-reversal element adds fun to the narrative while the story remains rooted in heartfelt emotions and relationships.
The cast also includes Ramzan Muhammed, Jayaprakash, Jayasudha and Maya Krishnan, among others. The miniseries will consist of eight episodes, with each episode running for around 30 minutes.
Jayaprakash said the series is ultimately about relationships and the bonds that hold a family together. He noted that while the age-reversal premise gives the story a fresh and entertaining treatment, its emotions remain universal, with humour, warmth, conflict and family dynamics at its core.
