The first schedule of Maagaali, presented by director Mari Selvaraj and starring Ameer in the lead, has been completed.
Directed by S P Aravind, who has worked as an associate director with Mari Selvaraj, the film is being made with a socially relevant and hard-hitting storyline. The first schedule was shot in Vellore and Ranipettai and was completed successfully ahead of the planned schedule. The team has now stepped up preparations for the next phase of shooting.
The film deals with an important social issue and explores the depth of human relationships and the emotional conflicts within them. The recently released first-look poster has attracted attention among film fans and heightened curiosity about the subject and storyline.
Along with Ameer, Swasika, Anishma, Hariharan, Ashwin Ram and Lenin Bharathi play important roles in the film.
Pradeepan Selvarathinam is the cinematographer, Selva RK handles the editing and Justin Prabhakaran is composing the music. Ramu Thangaraj is the art director, while Dileep Subbarayan is handling the stunt choreography.
Maagaali is jointly produced by K Karunamoorthy under the Ayngaran International banner and Divya Mari Selvaraj and Mari Selvaraj under the Navvi Studios banner.
