An eight-year-old girl from Jharkhand has been missing for five days from Karumangazhani village near Sriperumbudur in Kancheepuram district. The girl was staying with her grandparents while her mother, Kalpana, was away in Jharkhand. She reportedly left home on Friday evening and was last seen walking near the Bengaluru National Highway. Police have formed a special team and are using drones and a sniffer dog to trace her. Notices with her photograph are being distributed, and the public have been urged to share information.
