The shooting of actor Naveen Chandra’s 51st film, tentatively titled NC 51, directed by R.P. Bala, has been completed in Chennai. The team celebrated the wrap-up on Monday, October 26, marking the end of the film’s production schedule.
Produced by R.P. Bala Films and P.G. Muthiah Productions, the film brings together R.P. Bala, who has worked as a director, producer and dubbing director, and cinematographer-producer P.G. Muthiah. The makers are yet to reveal further details about the film’s storyline.
Naveen Chandra, who received appreciation for his performance in Eleven, headlines the project. Haripriya Roshini, Bala Saravanan and Kali Venkat play pivotal roles.
P.G. Muthiah is handling cinematography, while Sakthi Balaji is composing the music. Ajay Manoj is the editor, with D. Crawford serving as art director. Danger Mani is choreographing the stunts, Mohan Raja is the lyricist and Raja Nallaiah is handling sound recording.
Aneesha Reihana and Hagino Shunsuke Kevin are the co-producers, while Nikil Murukan is in charge of public relations.
With filming completed, the team is set to focus on post-production, with the makers planning a theatrical release soon.
