Chenna: Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) is calling for applications for an Executive MBA (EMBA) programme that will help middle and senior level professionals to enhance their careers.
Offered by Department of Management Studies (DOMS), the two-year degree programme can be pursued along with a regular career, since classes will be held mostly on alternate weekends, a press release said.
The basic criteria to apply at IIT Madras is 60 per cent and above in UG and a minimum of three years of work experience. The online portal will open by first week of October to fill in the application form for EMBA entrance examination. The portal will close in 30 days.
The selected candidates will receive a call letter to attend the EMBA entrance exam and personal interview. This will happen by during mid-November. The results will be declared in December, and students will be requested to pay the initial fee to enrol for the programme. The batch orientation will happen in December last week. The classes will commence from the first week of January 2019, the release said.
