3 directors participate in audio launch of Cheran film ‘Thirumanam’ (video)

Chennai: Wedding bells are ringing for director-actor Cheran. The audio launch of his next film Thirumanam took place today and was attended by a galaxy of stars.

There were directors K S Ravikumar, Bharathiraja and Mahendran at the launch function to bless the young director who also has a meaty role in the film.

Lyricist Vairamuthu, though caught in a lot of controversies owing to the #MeToo Movement, participated in the function.

Yesteryear actress Meena, and Sukanya, who has a role in the film, were present.

Siddharth Vipin is composing the music for the film.

The motion poster of Thirumanam was released by actor Dhanush recently on social media and received overwhelming response.

Thambi Ramaiah’s son Umapathy plays the lead role in the film which also has M S Baskar, Bala Saravanan, Kavya and Manobala in pivotal roles. Besides these actors, Cheran also plays a key character in the film.

Rajesh Yadav has cranked the camera. Vijay Sethupathi, who will be joining hands with Cheran for a new film next year, launched the first look and title of the film.
