Jithan Ramesh’s upcoming adult flick starring five heroines has been titled ‘Ongala Podanum Sir‘ – inspired from a line in Vignesh ShivN’s ‘Naanum Rowdydhaan’ where Nayanthara says the above line to Parthiban.
The film bankrolled by Manoj under the banner ‘Zigma Films’ has five debut heroines – Sanuja Somnath, Jonita, Anu Nair, Parichitha, and Vaishali.
This is the first time Jithan Ramesh shares screen space with multiple female leads. Commenting on the title of the film, the directors said, “While looking for the title we thought it should be catchy and also reach the audience, especially youngsters since its an adult-horror-comedy. So we chose this. We thank the Lady Super Star for the dialogue.”
Talking about the storyline the director duo helming the project, R L Ravi and Srijith said, “The story is based on four young male and four females who stay together in a place for a job. Staying together, all the eight youngsters having lot of fun and enjoying their days in their own style. While taking up a challenging task for a job, they get into trouble. The kind of problem they face, the risk involved, and how they overcome it together is the main story.”
“The movie has been created in a funny and thrilling manner. All these years usually men are the ones who tease women. But in our story, it is ulta as these four females will tease the men. The movie will be a trend setter and it is going to be a new experience for the viewers.”
Lyricist Murugan Manthiram has also penned dialogues for the film and has an important role. The film also stars Mano Bala, Kaloori Vinoth who has known for his character role as ‘AdiThangi‘ in Maari Franchise, Mipusami and others. Reji Mon has composed music, SelvaKumar is the cinematographer, and Vishnu Narayanan is the editor.
