New Delhi: A petition filed by social activist Traffic Ramaswamy seeking CBI investigation into the break-in at Kodanadu estate in 2017 was dismissed by the Supreme Court today.
On 14 January, Ramaswamy sought CBI probe into the issue after new details emerged in connection with the case.
In April 2017, the security guard of the Kodanadu estate was found dead.
It emerged during the probe that former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s former driver C Kanagaraj and K V Sayan had allegedly plotted the crime.
