Hyderabad: Several districts in Telangana are experiencing over 40 degree Celsius. While Adilabad recorded the highest temperature with 42.3 degree Celsius, Nizamabad registered 42.1. The temperature in the capital city recorded a maximum of 40.9 degree Celsius, said a Meteorological Department report.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana and the maximum temperature would remain above normal by 2 to 4 degree Celsius at a few places Sunday and Monday, added the report.
The Met department also warned of very likely occurrence of thunderstorm accompanied by gusty winds and lightning at isolated places in a few districts Sunday and Monday.
