Hyderabad: According to an official weather report, temperature is likely to soar this month in Telangana. In some parts of the State, the maximum temperature would be as high as 47 or 48 degrees Celsius.
Especially, temperature would be high in north Telangana areas and would see fluctuation throughout May. The highest maximum temperature of 44.6 was reported at Nalgonda yesterday.
The State eThe record maximum temperature is 48.6 degrees Celsius registered in the temple town of Bhadrachalam in 1973.
The Met Centre at Hyderabad said heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail in some parts of the state till 10 May.
