Chennai: Ajith starrer Valimai will hit the screens for Deepavali next year. Directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios, the movie has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Nirav Shah will be cranking the camera.
Nirav Shah is currently in London for Vishal’s Thupparivaalan 2 directed by Myskkin. Once the cinematographer returns to Chennai, the Valimai team will kick start the shoot.
Valimai marks the second collaboration of Ajith with Boney Kapoor and Vinoth after Nerkonda Paarvai. Reports suggest that this will be an action thriller in which the Vivegam actor will be essaying the role of a police officer. If the rumours are anything to go by, then Ajith will don the khaki once again after Gautham Menon’s Yennai Arindhaal.
